Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Play Quietly. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Flat rate- $5.99 for orders up to $74.99. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping.


We ship all orders Monday-Friday via USPS. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Products are shipped from Alpharetta, Georgia. Delivery times will vary based on delivery address. Average delivery time to the West Coast is 5 days, 3-5 days to the Northeast and Midwest, and 1-3 days to the East Coast and Southern US.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Play Quietly ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (Mainland). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territories. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Play Quietly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Incorrect Shipping Address

Play Quietly is not responsible for orders that are placed with an incorrect shipping address. If you notice an error in address and your order is still in pre-shipment, send us a note ASAP to jenny@playquietly.com and we will adjust it. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipment charges.


Lost Orders

Play Quietly is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to carrier error. That said, if your package is lost please let us know and we will work with you to locate your package and make it right.


Damages

If any merchandise arrives damaged due to our shipment, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, or reimburse you for the item. Drop us a line at jenny@playquietly.com and we’ll make it right.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the contiguous U.S.
