Oh no — items didn’t meet your expectations?

Damages and issues
If any merchandise arrives damaged due to our shipment, we will gladly exchange the merchandise, or reimburse you for the item. Drop us a line at jenny@playquietly.com and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will confirm when we have received your items and processed your refund. Sorry, we do not reimburse return shipping charges. Proper handling and packaging is the responsibility of the recipient.
