Just like the neighborhood classic, this quirky and colorful ice cream truck is filled with yummy treats for the neighborhood. The painted van features beautiful illustrations of silly penguins and states that they are "Open" on one side, and "Closed" on the other.
There are 3 removeable ice cream treats that fit inside the van, and can be displayed on top of the roof. The penguin driver and lid are also removeable.
